Cynthia Wong - Sr Stylist

Cynthia started as an assistant after obtaining her certificate training from Wella & NTC-3 Hair Styling Institute back in 1992. After 3 years Cynthia was promoted to a Technician. Five years later, after gaining much experience in Singapore, she then pursued an international career as a technician at a very well known salon in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was from there when Cynthia managed to gain further valuable experience in various hair techniques and international styles.

She then returned to Singapore and took a professional hair cutting course, and thus began her career as a junior hair stylist. Cynthia has always been enthusiastic about sharing her experience and has trained and helped assistants who were just starting out in this rewarding career. Cynthia also had quite a lot of exposure in the local media for styling models from various local runway shows, magazines and newspapers.

As a senior Hairstylist now, Cynthia decided to further upgrade her skills in Hong Kong where she also enrolled in beauty & make up courses to complement her skill set.

She then returned to Singapore and decided to join Purity Organic Hair & Beauty Salon as a Director using her ideas and inspirations of unique haircuts from her rich regional exposure in combination with organic treatments provided by Purity.

Cynthia firmly believes that every hair cut and every hair colour needs to suit the person's face and lifestyle and help them bring out their true personality.
